Stayed Sep 27, 2024The listing and other reviews talk about the train so I can't blame anyone but myself. The train comes through several times a night, every night and due to the close proximity to the railroad trussles it lays on the horn. It will wake you up unless you are a very sound sleeper. Communication with property owner was great and he is very prompt to respond. We had a little miss communicating in the beginning but that was quickly settled. Even though the rules are no smoking the entire place smelled of marijuana. Property owner did what he could to correct this as well but very little he could do. I would advise him to seek compensation from previous tenants. Overall it's a nice place especially for a larger group as it has 3 bedrooms and a large living space.

Stayed Oct 14, 20221. Smoke alarm beeping 2. Shower knob broken. We had to remove and use a pliers to change temperature. 3. No mention in listing that property is directly adjacent to railroad with trains going all day and night, horns blaring. 4. Property manager promised refund of $50 due to problems and arbitrarily reduced to $35 with no notice.
