Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities.



‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.



️ Fitness Center – Stay active in the building's fully equipped gym.

The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating: October 13 – May 1, Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1.



During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures.

- Do not park in handicapped spots unless you have a valid permit.

    Overall we had a good experience. The location was perfect so close to food and the Metro station. The apartment itself was clean and worked for what we needed. It threw us off a little when the lobby was super nice and then when you get off the elevator the hallways look like a run down Motel 6. Thankfully the apartment was decent.
