Spacious 1 Bedroom Apt - 3 min Walk to the Beach!

EXCELLENT!!!!!! CLEAN APARTMENT. HOSTS WERE WONDERFUL. I WAS ABLE TO REFRESH, REFOCUS AND REGROUP DURING MY STAY. I UBER EVERYONE WHICH WAS EASIER FOR ME AND GOOD. i WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Perfect accommodations for my wife and i to revisit our wedding site on MV. Flight delays caused us to miss the ferry in on day 1, and Josh was so gracious in offering us another day. Clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, super nice host. Will stay there again next visit.

We had a good stay overall! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and Josh was incredibly accessible and helpful throughout our visit. He was quick to respond and handled any issues professionally, which we really appreciated.The house is in a very convenient and private location. It’s only about a 10-minute drive or a 25-minute walk to Circuit Ave. Just note that part of the walk doesn't have a sidewalk, so it's something to be mindful of.The house itself is comfortable, but there are a few things future renters might want to know. If you’re driving a low-clearance car, be careful with the driveway, as it could scrape the underside of your vehicle. Also, we had read in a previous review that the bed was quite low, and it definitely was, plus a bit creaky. The floors are also thin, so you can hear footsteps, movement, and voices from upstairs pretty clearly.We would’ve loved more natural light in the space, as it felt a bit dim during the day. When we first checked in, there was a cleanliness issue with the carpet, which seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed, there was laundry left in the washer machine, and the garbage can was missing its lid (we didn't realize until later). Again, Josh handled the concerns quickly and professionally, which made a big difference.All in all, a good stay with a great host, just a few quirks to be aware of depending on your preferences and needs.

The location was nice, in a quiet area. It was a short drive to downtown, which was convenient. Everything we could have needed was provided, and the place was very clean. The property owners were delightful to talk with. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

The bed is to low to the floor. I got 3 different cramps in my legs getting out of the low bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable apartment. It has everything we needed to enjoy our time in Martha's vineyard. It's a 5 minute drive to many great restaurants and shops. The beach at the bottom of the street is great to sit and watch the boats and enjoy the water view. Josh and Tonya were helpful with lots of local info and we enjoyed talking with them.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a quiet neighborhood away from the town (if you want to get to the Oak Bluffs town, it's over a mile walk). Our host, Josh, was upfront about the family noise from his home upstairs and it wasn't an issue for us.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. Loved being just a few steps from the pond. Bit of a longer walk (about 20 minutes) to get to town but still very walkable. The host family was extremely responsive and helpful. 4 stars overall due to the apartment needing a dehumidifier. The apartment could get very muggy which was sometimes uncomfortable after coming in from a hot day.

My husband, my 5 year old and I visited the island and we really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and had everything we needed including beach gear. The hosts were very accommodating. Location was fantastic. I would recommend this place! It was a 10/10
