By creating this reservation and/or staying in one of our properties located at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that the Guest will be required to sign two forms acknowledging and agreeing to Sapphire Condominium’s rules and regulations. Those forms represent a separate contract, agreement, or commitment between the Guest and Sapphire Condominium and are not created, issued, controlled, or associated with GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host in any way. The rules and regulations are created and enforced by Sapphire Condominium, not by GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host. The Guest further agrees that if the Guest, any member of the Guest’s party, or any visitor violates any Sapphire Condominium rule and a fine, fee, penalty, or charge is imposed, the Guest will be fully financially responsible for paying that amount.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. For reservations at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that Sapphire Condominium strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of eight (8) guests, including children and infants. No exceptions will be allowed. The Guest further agrees that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is a violation of Sapphire Condominium rules and may result in denied access, removal, cancellation, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges, for which the Guest will be fully financially responsible.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

- Only owners are permitted to have guests.
- Candles are not permitted in the condominium.
- Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- Failure to comply with Sapphire regulations may result in fines and/or eviction.

Please note that Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you wish to access their pool.

    Two main problems1. The game room on the first floor was filthy unsanitary and a danger to the children’s health.2. The lack of functioning TVs. One didn’t work at all, and every system was different and lots of channels could not be reached. The remotes were not functional. Any mid range hotel would have much better remotes and TV options.

    We had an amazing stay at this condo. The photos do not do justice to how nice everything is and how amazing the views are from every room. The condo was well stocked and the customer service was above and beyond. When we had a minor question pop up our hosts responded in minutes! We are definitely planning on staying again soon.

    This is best location at the South Padre. The condo has unobstructed views of the gulf and the bay. Thumbs up to the architect for taking full advantage of the rooftop terrace space. Large glass-enclosed area that creates wind-free zones for enjoying amazing views. Sunsets over the bay-side are unbeatable. The condo itself is well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay.

    My family and I have been coming to SPI for many years now. We’ve tried a few condos/house through the years but our recent stay at Sapphire 2006 has just been over the top! The condo was very clean, modern, and had lots of things we needed. Top that off with our very own hot tub! I almost didn’t want to leave the room. We also enjoyed a very nice massage at the spa, which was conveniently located on the 1st floor. On our 2nd night, we had a minor issue with the AC but was quickly fixed by the staff. Overall, it was an excellent weekend and Sylvia communicated with us very well regarding our issue. Will definitely be staying again!
