    The interior of the apartment was very clean and organized. However, the fire protector went off without using the stove and it never stopped. I had to move to another place. The initial rent car wouldn’t take our credit card. I had to find another rental company. These are things the customer needs to know before purchasing and leaving on vacation. Am I able to receive a refund on the house situation? In closing, I also tried to contact Expedia. I was not successful. Can someone please call me concerning this matter. Thank you

    When we arrived, we did not see the location outdoors only indoors. It’s not a very desirable area. There’s a banded buildings around us. We felt that it was clean although the Internet and the cable went out the first night we were there, he did text and say that something behind our bed head become unplugged after we had already left. We found old rotted food inside the microwave that had looked like it’s been there for quite a while, it smelled really bad. We did not stay the second day, we stayed elsewhere for the second night, but he did reimburse us and apologize.
