SOUTH TAMPA, HYDE PARK, BAYSHORE, UNIV TAMPA, TAMPA GENERAL, RIVERWALK- 5 STARS!

We liked everything about it. Location was great for what we needed. Walking distance to lots of stuff. Communication with property owners was outstanding. We hope to be back again next year.

Advertisement should make clear of the property is on the second floor. It doesn’t have a real kitchen, more like a dormitory kitchen, other than that we were quite happy.

Everything was great. Only drawback was the claw foot tub, which was high to step into to shower. We’re in our mid- seventies and try to be extra careful not to fall. Also didn’t realize that the unit was on the second story, which for some people could be difficult. We were fine with that, though, but would have wanted to know in advance. Enjoyed that it was walking distance to Hyde Park Village and its restaurants and shops! Goody Goody has fantastic breakfasts! I did not get any notifications from Expedia or VRBO with directions for how to access the apartment. Fortunately the owner texted me to see if we got in ok and was able to give me directions. Thanks to Liz, the owner, for being so responsible!! Otherwise, all was terrific!

I had a wonderful stay in Tampa. The VRBO was great - easy access to many fun sights. We were so pleased with the layout, cleanliness, and the ease of checking in and out. I felt very safe staying here.

The space was so welcoming and cozy. The proximity to Hyde Park and UTampa was convenient and a nice leisurely stroll. We really appreciated the amenities and how clean the space was. I can’t wait to rebook for our next trip to Tampa.

Great location.

The location was ideal. Property was in great shape: little snacks, water, suggestions, etc. The bed is so comfy and the sheets are the softest! So much so I asked what brand and will be purchasing for our house. I asked a ton of questions and Liz was quick to respond. Very happy with our trip!

The unit is located in a great location, just a short walk to the bay, in Hyde Park. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the host provided great little extras like a microwave popcorn and biscotti. The host made sure my check-in was easy and accessible. I stayed there for a work related event, but would definitely stay again for a vacation.

Well maintained, beautiful, close to all the major attractions down town; few minutes from the river walk; wonderful host; was very easy to get in touch with; had bottles of water in refrigerator for me. Anytime in Tampa, I am staying here

This is our second time staying here and we would be happy to stay again! The apartment is very clean and the hosts are very responsive. They provide you with all the necessary info up front and make check in and out very easy. It is also the perfect location! Easy commute to delicious restaurants, downtown, and shopping. Would definitely return for a third stay!

Everything was nice. Very clean. The one thing that stood out with this rental was all of the little things they threw in like shampoo, soap, water bottles, coffee, tea, etc. Also, it was a very nice walk to the convention center where I was each day. I didn’t have to Uber! Will be back next time I’m in Tampa.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure. Easy check in and out. Would recommend.

I needed an accommodation close by the Tampa Convention Center. I'm so fortunate to have found Liz and Bob's place. Located in the charming Hyde Park neighborhood, this cozy apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. You can tell that Liz and Bob care deeply about making your stay as pleasant as can be, as shown by little details such plush towels, snacks, water bottles in the fridge, and ambient music that greets you when you walk in. Overall, it was a calming environment, which helped me because I was in Tampa to take the Florida Bar Examination.Next time I stay in Tampa, Liz and Bob will have themselves another happy guest!

We had a quick trip to Tampa for a couple of college tours for our son. This was a perfect place to stay. Very clean, and just the right size for the 3 of us. Close to restaurants and the riverwalk area. Could easily walk to Bayshore Blvd and walk the trail along the river. Elizabeth was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had before our arrival. Check in was super easy. Would stay here again.

Great location and property

My daughter and I enjoyed a long weekend here to visit my son at University of Tampa. The unit was sparkling clean, smelled fresh, and was exactly as pictured with fun but simple beach decor and bright colors. I loved the wooden blinds so we could adjust the amount of light coming in, and the mattress was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels. Liz was great to communicate with me before, during, and after our stay. The clawfoot tub is so special, and the water pressure and shower head were good. We also loved that there were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available, we happily borrowed both and they really helped make our days easier. We loved the many food options nearby and walked to Hyde Park for dinner one night, too. It is less than one block from the unit to Bayshore, so we started each day with a walk by the water! We loved it here and will definitely stay again.

When we arrived check in was very easy and straightforward. Communication with the owner was great; however the apartment was not clean when we arrived. There was lots of long hair on the floor of the bathroom, dirt in the sink, and MANY live flies (easily 20) and dead flies all over the ground. There was also mold in the coffee maker and expired coffee creamer out for use. Needs more attention from management before more folks stay here.

No kitchen should be clear/ did not impact my stay but was surprising. Also since no kitchen sink may leave more water to make coffee etc...
