South Seas 3 Port Elliot Beachfront with views of Knights Beach

South Seas 3 is located in a fantastic position with superb views of the ocean. The property itself is very comfortable. Just a few things of note are that you need to enter the property from the rear as the front door locks don't work. Also, the entry area to the rear of the property gets flooded with water when it rains which happened whilst we stayed there. The locking mechanism to the side gate at the rear of the property could be replaced to make it easier to open and shut the gate. A lot of the power points were turned off and difficult to access eg. TV and fireplace. Otherwise, beds, furniture and facilities were really good and made our stay very enjoyable.

The premise was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The view and position to walking spots was outstanding. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were forwarded on the owner. I believe Stayz needs to redesign the way they describe bedrooms, and bedding available as we have found some to be confusing. The photos help but aren’t always true to reality. We would definitely stay here again

This is such a wonderful apartment. The view is to die for and the location so convenient. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It's the nervous system reset I needed and I'll definitely be back. Thanks to Melissa who was so responsive to my communication at all times and helpful.

The place was exactly how we pictured, and clean and tidy with all the amenities needed. The host was very good at communicating back quickly too.

Townhouse overlooked the beach. Two bedrooms had balconies, one was accessible but we couldn’t unlock the door to access the other one.Shower over the bath was very slippery, we suggest a non-slip mat.When we had problems accessing the property, the host was in touch with us quickly. It would be useful to label the key locks, as we were not aware there were two, and went to the wrong one because it was immediately visible from the gate.It would have been good to be able to open some windows - the locks seem to be jammed up and we couldn’t unlock them.We couldn’t work out how to heat the oven. We turned on the logical switches and the fan came on but no heat.However, despite all this, we enjoyed our break. The property is very pleasant and generally well equipped, and the location is brilliant. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully positioned with ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped, and check in was smooth. It was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. Would happily stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at South Seas 3 Port Elliot Beachfront! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of Knights Beach right from the living room and balcony – it was so relaxing to wake up to the sound of the ocean.The host was warm, helpful, and made the check-in process seamless. The location couldn’t be better – just steps from the beach and close to the main street with cafes and shops. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a bonus.Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable beach views. We’d love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape.

Excellent Host Brilliant Views Nice and Quiet Absolute Pleasurable Stay

South Seas 3 was everything it promised in the description. The property was extremely clean, and the rooms were all beautifully decorated with stunning views of Knights Beach. The fire in the living room, and the addition of some throws kept us snug and cosy on the cold winters July nights that we stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the 'welcome' gift was a lovely touch.

Lovely relaxing family break, stunning views with the sound of waves crashing and breaking on the rocks. Plenty of room for family to have their own space and also be together. Good selection of games, smart tv and free wifi. Would love to stay again.

We have stayed here several times before and will continue to rebook when we want somewhere to relax, to watch the waves, to go for walks and to eat at some fabulous restaurants/cafes. One of our favourite accommodations.

Great views. Very busy corner. Pretty expensive. Provisions really poor. Jams etc with 2022 expiry!! Could have at least supplied milk, bread, shower gel. 150 cleaning fee but food crumbs in kitchen, gritty floors and stain on sheet. Just felt no care, consideration. Just a great location to make money. Wouldn't recommend

We had a great time at South Seas in Port Elliot! Amazing location, lovely welcome hamper, comfy spaces, smart TV kept our family of 5 very happy! It was a bonus to be able to watch the Victor Harbour NYE fireworks from our doorstep!

The listed hairdryer was missing, as was extra bin bags, but these were promptly provided by the host. The clock battery needed replacement. We required all dinner plates for Christmas lunch - unfortunately the bottom plate could not be used, already cracked in half but still in the pile. On checking under the main bed for personal items in case something had slipped underneath, I noticed a great deal of dust. However, the overall experience was great, a really good location and a spacious and pleasant place to stay.

The property is tastefully decorated but needs a handyman to spend a day making sliding doors slide and replacing the shower head. Unfortunately the air conditioning is almost useless on the upper floor. We stayed on a very hot day and night and the apartment really needs an air conditioner on the top floor. The location is superb.

We stayed 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. Beautiful place with an amazing view! Loved sleeping to the sound of the ocean. The town is in close walking distance. Place has everything you need. Will visit again!

The views are just wonderful! The screen door to the balcony was very hard to open though! Love the decor and the treats provided, and will return!

Great location and good facilities. A little smaller than I was expecting but plenty of room for the 3 of us and cosy

We had a very comfortable stay. Beds are good, kitchen well equipped, couch relaxing. Only needs a few minor repairs. Balcony doors jam, fly screens have holes, windows with screens dirty. Sea view amazing.

The views and location make this property! Loved sitting and watching the world go by. Bring some windex though, the sea spray each day clouds the windows. Lovely welcome gift package, my husband loved the coffee! I wasn’t overly impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I am very fussy in this department though. Lift up the couch cushions and there were a few surprises. In saying this, would stay again, reasonably priced.

Not a better view on the south coast; watched whales and surfers from bed. Gorgeous sunsets and crashing waves made for great sleeps. Small unit tastefully renovated in relaxing hues with complimetary original art (that you can buy). Very clean. A lamp in the lounge room and a caddy in the shower and it would be just about perfect. Easy walk to the the main street. Parking was tight even as the only car there, I imagine that it would be very difficult for large cars and 4WDs in peak summer when all five small spaces are occupied. There's strong competition for the public parking spaces out the front - surfers, whale watchers, tourists etc - most people just stop and stare when they come across the view! Good value, recommended
