    Home was beautiful and owners responded quickly to questions. Furnishings are high end. The beds were fairly comfortable. That being said, this property is listed as a 4 bedroom property. It is 3 bedrooms, 4 beds. The 4th “bedroom” is an open air loft sitting room that has both a gaming table and TV with the bed being a pull-out couch. Not really a bedroom but yes, a “bed.” The pillows could be better… they were VERY poofy and not comfortable for any of the 4 of us.The hot tub wasn’t warm nor really clean when we arrived and there were no directions on use. This isn’t a standard hot tub and there was no “on” button. We just pushed random buttons until it seemed to turn on and start heating and we were unable to keep the tub warm the entire stay. It seemed to warm up for a bit and then the next day when we went to use it, it was cold again until we fiddled with it to restart. The second day when we were out and about someone came and cleaned it but when we tried to go use it, it was again, cold. My only other recommendation would be to have a booklet with instructions *(one-two pages) with information on check-in, check-out and where to find things (blankets for the 4th unmade bed) and information on how to use the hot tub. We got a lot of messages about checking in and checking out and it would be very easy to just have that as a binder like most other properties I have stayed at utilize so there is less reliance on reviewing the VRBO messages.

    The pictures are true to the place, clean, spacious, and has everything you need. This house is what all VRBOs should strive to be. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, spacious. Will definitely stay here next time.
