Ten minutes from downtown Buffalo, the medical campus, Canalside and New Era Field, the home of the Buffalo Bills. A quick half hour drive to wondrous Niagara Falls!

An additional queen size air mattress allows for up to 4 guests to stay overnight. There is also one garage parking spot and laundry on site for guests to use.

Weare available most hours of the day and night via the app.

Entire first floor apartment, basement (with washer & dryer), front yard and garage in back of apartment building.
