The space
A 63m² apartment on the 12th floor in a condominium with several leisure items, security with 24-hour concierge and monitoring throughout the external area, privileged location and view, constant ventilation from the sea and with modern furniture makes this space unique. Everything was planned to provide a hosting experience with a lot of comfort and privacy, air-conditioned living room, sofa, 50 TV with streaming apps for you to log in with your account, 600mb Wi-Fi are some of the convenience items, dining room integrated with the kitchen, several kitchen utensils for you to prepare an excellent breakfast and your meals in a fully planned kitchen. Bedroom 1 with double bed, air conditioning, TV and closet with drawers, master suite with air conditioning, TV, closets with drawers and door that gives access to the balcony, bathroom of the suite with shower column with hot water. A large balcony with a sea view makes the space ideal for the late afternoon. The social bathroom also has shower columns and hot water. We provide all bed and bath linens.
