Stayed Oct 20, 2025We had the pleasure of staying in this spacious apartment for almost three months. Both the living area and bedrooms are generously sized, as is the kitchen, and the balcony offers ample seating space. The apartment is fully equipped with all modern comforts. Its location in relation to the town centre is excellent: shops, the market and Moraira beach are all within easy walking distance. The building itself, as well as the surrounding gardens, are impeccably maintained.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Solhabitat saved the day when we had to change our holiday plans at the last minute. The booking service over the phone was excellent and they could not have been more helpful. The apartment is very well located, pepe la sal and super cor supermarkets are both a 2 to 3 minute walk, and moraira town centre 5 minutes. The apartment was spotlessly clean as is the pool area. This was our 5th holiday with Solhabitat and as always they never disappoint. Portable sunbeds to take to the pool would be a useful addition to the property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location, spacious apartment close to all amenities and beach. Hector from Solhabitat was very helpful and so would highly recommend This particular apartment only had Spanish tv stations but did have wifi.
