    The pool was beautiful and there was secure underground parking for our hire car. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Could do with a few touch ups / bit of re-painting in places but nothing major, overall very nice

    Location was first class. Lovely and clean. Maybe just a bit more effort to make it feel homely. A rug and some soft furnishings. Just all a bit unfriendly feeling. Apart from that it’s really good. Maybe given that it was Christmas, a complimentary bottle of wine would have been nice. But we will definitely book again. Sol habitat are great to deal with.

    Spacious superclean apartment, nice balcony with a wide and distant view, that makes happy, each day. The beds are good, the kitchen equipment extensive. Very good communication from Solhabitat Nothing

    Overall, very happy with our first rental from Solhabitat, I will certainly recommend to our friends and family, keep up the good work guys! Communications could be better, for example, if I don't answer my phone, then please leave a voice message or text me, I see a missed call but I don't know who the caller is , it could be spam . Text messaging in general is a better option, not everybody uses WhatsApp.

    Locations superb. Pool area lovely. Apartment and setting very good. I would highly recommend this apartment. Balcony seat cushions required. Sun lounger for pool area would be useful. Useful to have a Welcome pack, with instructions for white goods. Include local map, contact numbers for medical, taxis, police, local attractions, public transport, etc

    Big apartment in a quiet complex, with good views from balcony, very easy walk to shops, bars and beach. Comfortable beds and good linen&towels. Overall good accommodation but would not be our first choice when visiting Moraira again. Glass doors to balcony need something on them to make it obvious they are closed, (tried to walk through them thinking they were open)! Operating instructions in English for appliances and air con needed , could not use oven, hob or air con. Television does not have any English channels, only BBC World news, It would have been nice to be met at the apartment and not having to go to office to collect key, any immediate problems could be raised in person instead of having to e-Mail. The €125 euro final clean charge is excessive when only two people occupying apartment. We only used one bedroom and bathroom! So very little cleaning needed.
