Great property convenient to Belmar beach and boardwalk. Beautiful kitchen, multiple bedrooms. Three bathrooms, on en suite.Plenty of towels, umbrellas and boogie boards, as well as beach wagons.The owner is friendly and available, rapidly took care of minor issues.A great place for a large family vacation. Only ding is some late night noise from the neighbors

What an incredible place! They truly didn’t miss a trick with this place! The residence was exemplary.., the kitchen was spotless and they just made you feel WELCOME! The location is bar none better than anyplace I’ve stayed in NJ! I would definitely put this in the top 5 all time best rentals! Trust me- you won’t be sorry!!!

Stayed in this beautiful home with friends & family for the long weekend. The home is fabulous! The beautiful backyard with covered porch was key. The house was super clean, fully stocked, and great location - near beach, bars and restaurants.Frank is terrific host. He met us at check in, gave us a tour of the unit and showed us all the amenities.I would definitely recommend this property and plan to rent again!

Beautiful home for our Sea Hear Now weekend...clean, spacious, comfy and so close to the beach!

The house is beautiful, completely redone. It had enough bedrooms for all of us. Could have used one more bath on 2nd floor but we managed. The kitchen had high end appliances and plenty of dishes and glassware. More cabinets to store our groceries would have been preferred so they didn’t end up all over the large island. The backyard is spacious - a little buggy this time of year and the trees drop a lot of debris. Helps that the covers for the couches are right there. The landlord being in the attached unit had its advantages when we had questions or needed beach towels. Because our 5 grandchildren were with us, it would have been nice to have another comfy area to relax in.

This home was everything I was expecting and more. I honestly can’t improve on a thing. Frank is an amazing host and couldn’t be more friendly or more accommodating. He even installed a piece of lattice to keep our family pet safe in the backyard. Plenty of towels and paper products for our group of ten. The ocean was particularly rough during our stay and the lifeguards were top notch with 7 rescues. The boardwalk is perfect for morning and evening walks. Our stay was was perfect from start to finish!!

Excellent! Frank and Michelle who owns the property and also lives in the upstairs apartment in this property are hands on in ensuring a great vacation. It was 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and great restaurants are walking distance. The house was fully stocked with all supplies to make for a very relaxing and pain free stay. I Highly recommend.

This property is amazing! Extremely clean with every attention to detail. It has a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and fully equipped with all cookware and entertaining needs. The owner, Frank has put much thought into the design, furnishings, amenities, and comfort of his property for guests. The rental has chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and anything you may need for your beach vacation. Frank is a very accommodating host that goes out of his way to make sure guests are enjoying themselves. The location is perfect within a block to the beach. The outdoor patio is a private oasis with beautiful landscaping, built-in grill, and covered porch. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this property.

Property, location, home accommodations, and especially Frank were all totally awesome. We had a fantastic family vacation and took full advantage of the very comfortable 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, with a wonderful living space, and a great backyard and outdoor shower.
