Stayed May 22, 2026The building is large, on the Gulf, but not all rooms face gulf (odd numbers only). We faced a marsh that had birds, a view of a channel, boats, and the Destin bridge. The 1bedroom had a great King bed, large shower, great kitchen supplies, and nice living room. It had a sofa couch bed, though the place was very narrow, door to balcony. The pool is 4.5ft at middle to 3ft at stairs, hot tub is small, and we like having umbrella & chair service included. Building to gulf is a short walk through parking lot to decking over a dune to sand. We truly rested and relaxed on our stay. Thanks!

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Mille's property is next level. 6th floor balcony with a view of a gorgeous beach. Downstairs is a phenomenal seafood restaurant and across the street is a causal beach bar that serves food from the same restaurant. Room includes access to beach chairs and umbrella. All you need is the clothes on your back. Communication with Mille was superb. She answered all my questions quickly. I would stay here again!

Stayed May 1, 2022The location of this beautiful property cannot be beat. Steps away from the beach. The view was amazing from the private balcony. Millie was best. She called to let us know it was time to check in and also again just to see how we were enjoying ourselves. We are already planning our next trip and will not hesitate to stay at her properties.
