Not advertised as a townhouse with a skinny set of stairs, one of which was soft and the linoleum was coming off of which was a hazard. The advertised patio was filthy. Right next door to a cigar shop and noisy outside at night.
I loved the condo, it was very cute and decorated well.
Don't get me wrong this place was great. In a nice quiet area.(with the exception of a random woman knocking on doors asking to borrow detergent, using the water spigot by the front door and then asking for a ride)The bed we slept in was so comfortable. The esthetic of everything was nice. We loved the the matching appliaicane, But there were a few draw backs. I would have rated this 5 stars if it weren't for the heat!!! It got to be almost 90 degrees inside bc the thermostat was only allowed to be at 74. There was no ceiling fan to circulate air downstairs. So it got very hot and uncomfortable! Sadly there's a little bit of structural issues regarding the stairs. Toward the top seems like part of the concrete that is under what appears to be the linoleum covering is very flawed. Theres also parts of the stairs that seem to be lifting up and you can see what looks like missing pieces of concrete. caution is very needed when going up and down the stairs. All in all. A good stay especially for the price. Would stay again
Cute 2 story , located in historic area, great coffee shop Nextdoor, backyard area is great, loved hearing the local birds, sounds are very tropical.
The house was very clean and the location was great. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. We were there in January during Glendale Glitters and the lights were amazing.
