What a charming place; the pictures do not do it justice! Amanda is an incredible host. The little extras and helpful hints that she has posted made me feel that this truly was my home away from home. And the bed was very comfortable as well!! She answered a couple of my questions promptly. There were really thoughtful snacks, and one that appeared on my second day. It was an easy walk to central campus and downtown Ann Arbor. I go there every spring. I hope the be staying here for years to come. Thank you for going above and beyond as a host!

Everything was as described. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to U of M Health. Would gladly stay again.

Amanda is so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The space was beautiful, well furnished, incredibly clean, and we appreciated all the instructions for the appliances. Couldn’t have asked for anything more and would highly recommend this wonderful spot!

Very welcoming comfortable spot

This is a great place to stay. V.clean, a good amount of space, and the host left lots of extras around the house to enjoy: music, little snacks, blankets. Great.

Amanda was amazing, the apartment was great, clean and well stocked above our expectations. If we come back to Ann Arbor area we will definitely stay here!!

We did not stay there because of a communication glitch between Vrbo and Host. I would recommend this Host because she was very understanding and helped us get a refund.

Great one bedroom that perfectly matched the description. Home was clean and had plenty of space for me and my middle school aged son. Amenities included TVs in living room and bedroom (that featured streaming apps), small heaters in the living room and bedroom, small kitchenette with coffee maker, mini fridge, air fryer, etc. The bedroom bed can fit two people and there's an additional bed and couch in the living room area. Check in and out were super smooth. We saw the hosts a couple of times in passing but wouldn't have otherwise known they were there. We asked about clean up and were told not to pick up, that we were on a vacation and should enjoy ourselves. The location is great. We didn't make it to the Arboretum but it's walkable and the driving time and distance to Michigan landmarks is accurate in the posting. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would gladly stay again.

Excellent accomodations. 10stars. Adorable apartment with tons of space and perfect location to UofM, less than a 15 minute walk, in a fabulous neighborhood. Great host who provided lot's of thoughtful and personal touches including a bottle of wine, cheese/crackers/nuts, breakfast items including coffee/milk/english muffins and beverages. She went over and beyond. If you can get a reservation here, you will be very lucky. Can't say enough good things!

Charming apartment, tastefully furnished and very spacious. The private patio is lovely.The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood but just a short distance from downtown and the Arboretum park. What truly makes the difference is Amanda’s kindness and courtesy.

We felt so lucky to find this place. Perfectly welcoming and felt right at home immediately. Beautiful, and wouldn't change a thing. It even has a record player ! The location couldn't be better. We felt like we had found hidden treasure.

This basement apartment was perfect for my long weekend in Ann Arbor. It’s exceptionally well-appointed, with thoughtful touches and everything a guest might need. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The bedroom and living room are spacious, the kitchen is compact but fully functional, and the shower - featuring a nice high shower head - was excellent. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely try to book it again if I’m visiting Ann Arbor solo.

Amanda’s charming home right near the Arb was in a great location to walk to campus and the museums. The little snacks Amanda left like a bottle of wine, bread, and Brie cheese was extra special. I loved staying here and walking to and from campus to visit my son. Thank you Amanda Sincerely Jo

What a lovely spot to stay in Ann Arbor! Coming to visit our son at UM, this place was an easy drive to anything we wanted to see, plus in a beautiful neighborhood for walking around. The apartment is outfitted with anything you might need and was so Comfortable and cute. Definitely will come back again!

Our stay was truly one of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had. The host was incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her attention to the small but meaningful details was endless! From the delicious snacks she invited us to enjoy, to the record player (she has 100s of vinyl's) that she said we could play as loud as we liked, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The little extras in the bathroom, the space heaters throughout to keep us cozy, and the tasty lemon loaf from Plum Market were all such lovely touches. Her flexibility with check-in and check-out times was greatly appreciated, and when we had a few unexpected guests stay overnight, she was completely fine with it. Parking was easy, communication was top-notch, and she even insisted we didn’t need to clean up at checkout—she truly understood that we were on vacation and wanted to relax. The apartment was filled with adorable, beautiful art, and clear instructions for everything, which made settling in a breeze. There were countless sweet notes in a guestbook about what an amazing host she is, and we wholeheartedly agree! The bed was comfortable, the location and neighborhood were spectacular. With a 10 rating, she absolutely lives up to her reviews. This was not just a fantastic stay; it was a warm and memorable experience, and we feel like we made a new friend. We highly recommend this home away from home-you'll get the best value and the BEST host imaginable!

The flat is comfortable and clean. Amanda has thought of everything and even stocked thoughtful snacks and breakfast items to see us through. This was our second stay here and would recommend. We enjoyed walking the arboretum and attending a UM football game with our graduate student son.

This was an amazing little apartment in such a great location. Everything was very clean and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. There were great little touches like slippers, snacks, and sandals to wear on the patio! We had an amazing stay

My husband an I loved our stay at the apartment! We felt at home. Check in an out was extremely easy. We walked every day to U Michigan to visit our daughter. It is a nice walk to downtown and very close to the Arboretum. Amanda left us a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers and plenty of snacks. Definitely we will stay here again!

This was the best short term stay we have had. The host was amazing! She left us a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, butter, bread, milk, good coffee, tea, wrap, all you need for minor cooking. The unit is very spacious, and there is a beautiful patio surrounded by trees for privacy. The location is fantastic, close the U of M central campus, the Arb, Gallup Park and one of Ann Arbor's most beautiful neighborhoods for lovely evening walks. We will recommend to anyone needing a short term stay!

Excellent location and host was amazing!

Amanda had every detail covered, cozy robes for showers, slippers for the patio, a welcoming snack tray after a travel day! Everything was clean and neat. Easy parking and access. Our dogs were happy. Lots of great walks nearby for them and us. This VRBO sets a high bar. We highly recommend this to anyone.

Host is very communicative. The apartment is clean and ready upon arrival. Check in/out is very easy. I have zero complaints. This was our second stay at this VRBO and I definitely recommend it.
