You decide if you want to rent from Grace.I came into town for Funeral Services. I informed Grace that I needed a 2 Bedroom in case Family members who came from out of the country needed a place to stay they could stay with me. The listing stated 6 people. I asked Grace if 6 People was ok? Grace never said anything about extra charges. Grace contacted me ansking if I wanted to rent her unit. Grace sent messages stating Don’t do drugs, don’t have a party, no noice after 9pm and again don’t smoke marijuana. That is pretty insulting since I am an adult and I am here for a funeral. Grace sent several messages that I had to ask her to stop, she was Harassing us. I asked her to stop messaging me. Even after requesting to use VRBO as Middle PERSON Grace continued to Harass us and sent more messages. Grace sent a message 7am on 2nd day Grace now wants to charge me additional money for guest that are here. she knows exactly who is in unit since she has 2 cameras aimed directly at front door.On the 2nd day Grace changed original listing to look like it had not changed. Grace now list it for 5 people and wants to charge more. We found a dirty unit, inappropriate game materials for adults and a very unfriendly customer service Grace. We have 2 minors staying in unit. Does it make sense that 1 person would rent a 2 bedroom? Grace also forgets to mention that unit is on 1st floor and you are unable to sleep with neighbors upstairs are constantly running and loud. Easy communication and a great spot!

Great location and distance from the convention center. Also very close to Disneyland. The host was very prompt and responsive. The property was clean and easy to navigate. The beds were soooooo comfy! Great stay

This is a beautiful home, spacious and so clean. It is very close to Disneyland in a fun part of town. The host, Grace, is wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay, and I appreciated that Grace was in constant communication. Highly recommended.

Family trip to amusement parks as well as visiting family. Was able to talk with host with much ease. Fast responses and vary easy to work with. The cleanliness of the place was perfect and had what we needed to make the place comfortable as well as the complex in general was very nice. Close to everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely come back.

This is an immaculate apartment in a prime location in Santa Ana. There are excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed only one night while attending a lacrosse tournament at Orange County Great Park, but would definitely stay there again. Grace provided detailed check-in and check-out information.

Grace was professional and courteous, and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay!

As advertised. Immaculate. Really close to airport and Disney. Parking really convenient. Big lot right behind apartment.

We had a very nice stay everything was exactly as picture on the app and very clean the beds were really comfy and we loved that there were two bathrooms plus the 10 minute drive to Disneyland was really convenient, would definitely stay here again!

This unit was nicely decorated. The issue we had was the noise and extra fees We could hear the upstairs unit walking, chairs moving, water running, Etc. we could also hear car traffic on the Boulevard. The unit is also very dark. Very little natural light. Also, there was a $20 per person per night extra charge which added $300 to our bill. The advertised price is very deceiving.

The property is very clean. A lot of places you can walk to like the grocery store. Parking in a lot was super convenient. We had a very nice stay!

It was a wonderful 2b2b flat and my friends and I had a great time
