I stayed here because I was going to be there for a week so having an apartment instead of a hotel made more sense. I couldn't get the DirectTV to work but it wasn't important enough for me to try and fix it so I just ignored it. The property was booked kind of last minute and there was some confusion on the stuff I had to do ahead of time. The site was having issues the day I was trying but I was able to get it figured out in time to stay there.

The location was very clean, up-to-date, and the area was perfect. Near transportation and several grocery stores.

Great locale. Near restaurants, Whole Foods, and parks. If you need parking, make sure you CALL in advance. The team on-site were super helpful whenever I needed anything.

Loved staying here. Next to a Whole Foods. Beautiful roof top views. Staff very friendly.

Very enjoyable

The only thing good about this is the location. The apartment was filthy, food spills on the floor, hair in the bathroom, fingerprints on the light switch, partially made bed, ripped chair in living room, no batteries in remotes, damage to walls, bed is horrible and not attached to headboard, parking space was taken, and complete incompetence in management. The onsite rep is useless. Day 1, she claimed she would be there within the hour and the 1-800 number told us they would call us back in 10 minutes, neither happened. Two hours later we went to Target bought cleaning supplies and spent hours scrubbing the apartment. We requested our cleaning fee back, they have refused. After we spent hours scrubbing the place and the floor (the vacuum in the apartment only blew stuff but would not pick up - it took two days to get another) we tell them not to send the cleaning crew in as we have fully disinfected the place. We told them we removed their sheets and used ours and cleaned, they not only send the cleaners in (who did nothing but change the sheets and take ours (not even the same as theirs). So we were out the cost of the sheet and the cleaning supplies. They solved the parking issue by telling us to park in the reps space, Monday morning I go to an early appointment - return and she is in the space - her response was I thought you said you were leaving Sunday (we never said that our reservation was to leave Tuesday). I had to reach out to her twice to get her to come down and move the car. I took pictures of the apartment sent them to the management company and they still have not returned our cleaning fee. Since there is no on site management or supervision at all, the cleaners do not clean and the apartment is in disrepair. They call to see if it is resolved and they tell you it's resolved. This concept (take a new building and turn some into VRBO) is good but the execution here is awful.

Pros: -New building with upscale appliances -Great location near Pentagon City metro -Helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff during the weekdays Cons: -Extremely poor customer service at Churchill Living/Global Luxury Suites handled by a call center -Shower pressure was very low Overall: The building is very nice. However, unless your employer is paying for your stay with Global Luxury Suites/Churchill Living, you would be much better off finding a place owned by an an individual rather than a large company like this. The poor customer service made for one of the worst check-in experiences I have ever had because my room was not ready on time and I was sent to a different building. My reserved parking spot was also unavailable, and instead of assigning me a new spot, they waited a day to send their inspector to check out the parking situation, during which i had nowhere to park.

Was a great experience, would definitely stay again. Easy check in process, clean, comfortable, and super close to DC
