The Space:<br>
A stylish two-bedroom in a boutique East Nashville building, about seven minutes from downtown. Teal walls, warm tan leather, gallery art, and big windows with a private balcony off the living room. The kitchen is full-size with a marble island and bar seating; the living area is open-concept and bright.

Sleeps five: a queen in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the second room, and an air mattress for a fifth guest. One bathroom.

The building's rooftop deck is the standout — skyline views, string lights, and seating for morning coffee or a drink before heading out. Roku smart TVs throughout (log in with your own accounts), fast Wi-Fi, and keyless Latch entry with a code reset after each stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire unit to themselves — both bedrooms, the bathroom, the full kitchen, the open-concept living area, and the private balcony. You'll also have access to the building's shared rooftop deck and lounge.

Entry is keyless through the Latch system, with a unique code that's reset after each stay. Parking is first-come in the secured building garage, with shared street parking as backup.



The Neighborhood:

You're in East Nashville, one of the city's most walkable pockets for food and drinks. Main Street and Five Points are within walking distance — Five Points Pizza, The 5 Spot, Margot, 5 Points Diner, and the bars, coffee, and shops the neighborhood is known for.

Downtown and Broadway's honky-tonks are about seven minutes by car. The Ryman, the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Music Row are all a short drive. This is the side of the river locals actually hang out on, not just the tourist strip.



Getting Around:

Walkable day to day — you can leave the car parked and still get to coffee, dinner, and drinks on foot around Main Street and Five Points. For downtown, Broadway, and the rest of the city, a car or rideshare is easiest; rideshares are quick and plentiful in this area.
