Ideal for couples, solo travelers or a group of 4, the apartment features a comfortable bedroom, a welcoming living area, and a balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. As a top-floor apartment, Athens SkyNest provides a peaceful atmosphere away from street noise, making it an excellent choice for both short and long stays in Athens.

Located in a residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation (a metro station is literally 1 minute from the apartment), guests can quickly reach the city center, major attractions, shops, cafés, and local amenities. Please be informed that a fixed fee of 8e per night applies to all reservations for stays between April 1 until October 31, and a 2e fee per night applies for stays between November 1 until March 31, in accordance with local tax regulations.

For compliance purposes, we kindly request the name, surname, passport number, and country of issuance of the individual making the reservation. Greek nationals are asked to provide their AFM instead.
