Upon entering you’ll be greeted with storage units to your left as your ushered into the kitchen, with gorgeous stone countertop and island. From the kitchen the room opens up to include the dining and living space, containing a six seater dining table, couch and television. From the living area, glass sliding doors look out onto the view and balcony, which includes outdoor seating. Between the kitchen and dining table across from the front door is where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The bathroom is designed in a sleek white and beige colour scheme. While the bedroom, features loads of sunlight, access to the balcony and a private TV.

IMPORTANT NOTE



The Level 3 podium area, pool, and spa areas will be closed from 25 May 2026 to mid-October 2026. Guests must not access the Level 3 outdoor podium area while the works are underway, unless expressly authorised.



Noisy works will be carried out between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Residents should expect periods of construction noise, vibration, dust, and general disruption throughout the project.



Guest Access:

Drive or walk to the main door for the South Tower. Using the provided fob, to the left of the doors is a sign, swipe to enter. Use any elevator, swipe the fob and take it up to level 8, then find unit 813 and enter.

- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

Known for its numerous shops, cafe’s, restaurants and entertainment facilities, Canberra is the central suburb to explore the rest of the city from. With ample amounts of public transport, and loads of nearby parking, you won’t have to go far to find attractions for everyone. Home to the Canberra Museum, Canberra Centre, Canberra Theatre Centre and National Convention Centre, there's always something on to keep visitors busy.

Public transport

There are bus stops located on London Circuit 350m from the property, which operate most bus routes throughout Canberra and the ACT. While a light rail station is located 800m away on Tourist Drive, that operates routes north.

There are plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Canberra.
