Built in the 1920's was used for the priests of Saint Joseph's Church, we now welcome guests to provide exclusive suites downtown. With only four suites in the house we provide our guests the excitement to travel with friends or family and stay in your own private suite.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Nice cute place. My wife felt that the tub could use a curtain or something to hold the heat while showering.Light does shine in the unit from street and lobby area. Could use a better front door to the unit. Place served its purpose. It was clean and cute!

The location was perfect, central to all the main attractions and food spots, which meant we barely had to travel far to enjoy everything the area had to offer. The listing was completely accurate and matched exactly what we experienced, making our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Really nice place, bathroom was beautiful. Neighborhood seemed friendly and close to the Alamodome which was great to be able to walk to it for my 3 day conference. Communication with Pauline was clear! We would definitely stay here again if ever in S.A.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025This vintage home converted into foir different suites was actullay a really good stay! The are is questionable for sure, but i grew up in worse so i can over look it because this little place waa great. I recommend staying here for any San Anronio eventa you have. Its so close to everything. I do love that there is parking for the guest and the host are very friendly and accommodating. If i need to stay in SA again i will definitely book this place.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025A very dangerous neighborhood, you can check on the internet. The worst in the San Antonio area with regular break-ins and gangs. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are a woman. The place was not at all as it was advertised, and the manager, Paulina, was very rude and a fraudster who tried to charge me an extra night (70) because as I was departing to the airport on the last day, the faucet got plugged. Avoid this unprofessional and nasty place.

Stayed Nov 12, 2024Great stay and property!! Really cool old home that has been renovated into 4 suites!! Really nicely renovated without foresaking old charm!! Really nice bathrooms and neat balcony!! Very clean and comfortable!! We booked the two 2nd floor suites and home Was within walking distance to the Alamodome where my son's band was playing so it was a perfect location!!! Will be staying here again next year if our band makes another trip to state, fingers crossed! For breakfast, go to Tony G's right down the street on Hackberry - amazing breakfast!! Thanks for the great stay!!
