Beautiful apartment in a perfect location near major sites and bus/subway stops. A bathroom in each room. When the elevator stopped, the host arranged for repairs immediately. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The only downside was that the dryer did not work well (tried to reduce washload, etc, but did not dry), and the dishwasher remained unservicable. Other than that, a perfect stay for 2 families with 3 adults and 2 kids.

Everything stood out. The hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation was magnificent, the location sublime.

Wonderful location. The owners were amazing. Helped organize transportation from the airport and helped organized local tours of Rome. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Capannori. We were on holiday with our 2 adult children. Great location for walks, shops and other tourist attractions. Donatella is a great host and her property is beautiful. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool as it was a bit cool for us to jump into. We were thee the last week of May. I would highly recommend staying here and if we are back in Tuscany I will gladly stay here again.

We so enjoyed this location. The 3rd bedroom is super tiny for two adults with luggage but we made it work. There were six adults in our party. The washing machine/ dryer is impossible to figure out. It just kept wetting the load and never got to the dryer stage.

4th floor apartment, with elevator. Great location! Near so many of top spots to visit; all within 20-min. walk. We tried to use the stovetop, but it was too complicated. We did manage to figure out how to use the clothes washer/dryer. Would recommend for sure.

From the minute we stepped into the apartment, greeted by Silvia, we knew we made the right choice. The hosts were in constant communication with us, and very upfront about all fees due. They made arrangements for a van service to get us to the airport on our final day and answered any questions that we had. The apartment has three full bedrooms, each with a bath very spacious; a good size kitchen and nice living room/dining room area. We didn’t eat at the apartment, however, you definitely could serve family meals there if you wanted. if you’re looking at this apartment, don’t hesitate to go ahead and secure it!
