Stayed Dec 1, 2025No mention we had to pick up keys from another location until booked. No mention of major beach refurb right in front of building. Bit of an eyesore. No mention at booking of constant workers going past our balcony doing tepairs. Very intrusive if just wanting to sit on balcony and while workinghalfpool closed

Stayed Nov 3, 2025Very clean apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery/crockery/glassware etc. Check in was easy at the G1 offices. 3 single beds in the second bedroom which would be convenient for more people and larger families. Shops and restaurants downstairs and parking was free on site. Comfortable stay with great views over the water. We would definitely stay again

Stayed Nov 27, 2022Can’t fault G1 Property but as we did not book directly through Mantra Sirocco the staff their basically refused to assist us. The apartment did not come with pool/ beach towels and Mantra refused to provide us with any. Same for when we found ourselves locked out of our room. They refused to program a new key for us. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 26, 2022A lovely apartment right in the middle of the action on Mooloolaba 'parade'. Great views, nice big deck, well appointed apartment, comfy bed. Highly recommend staying here.
