Simonton Studio, an Old Town get-away for 2

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Well stocked, nicely furnished and decorated, great size for two people. One block off Duval but on the south end which was nice and quiet in the evening. We loved our stay here!!!

Wonderful communication throughout the booking process and our stay! The unit was very well furnished and in a great proximity to restaurants, pharmacy, shopping and Duval. It provided a perfect cooldown from our daily activities as the AC worked well. We were specifically grateful for fans and the drying rack. We will definitely keep this listing in our thoughts for next time.

Perfect unit and location for us. Found a parking spot right in front of unit, never used the car while we were there. Easy walking distance to all of old town. Unit was fine, just as pictured. I had one question which Pam answered/resolved almost immediately. Very pleased with our entire experience.

The property manager does a great job emphasizing the issue related to parking. One suggestion to keep in mind Simeonton St is very active if you cannot locate parking it will be a challenge to unload your belongings from your car. Be mindful of what you bring if you need to walk a considerable distance. As stated in the description the Duval loop stops very close to the property. There is no consistency to there arrival or departure times.

We had a fantastic stay here! It's a nice sized studio where you can cook if you want, and the location was on a quiet road just one block away from all the action on Duval. It was very easy to walk around to the major sites. The space was clean and well kept. It's perfect for a single person or a duo looking to be right in the heart of Key West while having a quiet retreat to come back and rest in.

The Simonton Studio is small but comfortable and met our needs. The location is great. We were lucky to get one of the coveted parking spots in front and didn't move the car during our stay. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to go. We were vigilant about not leaving food out so never had trouble with ants.

I cannot believe how perfect this VRBO was. The location was perfect. Maybe a 15 minute walk at most from anywhere in Old Town. We parked the car for three days and just enjoyed walking around for the whole trip. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was perfect, plenty of towels were provided, and the A/C unit was very potent and kept us cool. We didn't use the fridge or the kitchen, but if you needed use of those things, they were there for you!

The location was perfect! Me and my husband had a wonderful time in Key West. You could walk to everything. The rental was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.Nancy

The Simonton Studio was clean and located at a central location in Key West. Two concerns were that the air conditioner could not be adjusted and was set on a cold temperature and there were no blankets for the bed. Visiting in late February, the evenings were cool but the only covering for the bed was a cover sheet. I had to use the two provided beach towels to add additional warmth while sleeping. The King size mattress was comfortable and the shower provided adequate hot water for bathing.

Great Old Town location, everything is within a walk-able distance, plus the Duval Loop shuttle stop is a block away. The unit was clean and comfortable, communication with the owner was wonderful with lots of tips for making a great Key West vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Simonton Studio! The studio was clean, well maintained, and perfectly decorated. Everything worked flawlessly. Pam was an amazing and communicative host. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. The studio is within walking distance of pretty much everything in Old Town Key West. We ended up renting scooters as well just for fun. The CVS is only a block away which was a life saver. I loved absolutely everything about our VRBO and our trip. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had such an amazing time and cannot wait to come back here again next year! P.S. if you do end up booking, you should definitely look into Key West Seaplane Adventures and take a trip out to Dry Tortugas. Once in a lifetime experience.

Pam's rental was perfect! It even looked nicer in person. We had everything we needed and it was nice and clean. I would recommend this unit and we would stay again. It was a good location. We got parking right in front of the unit. After we were tired of walking in the heat or catching the Duval Loop bus, we decided to take our car to explore and when we went to Fort Zachary Beach. We had no issues getting a spot out front when we returned multiple times. This unit is right near Better than Sex Dessert place and Duffey's Steak house. Both are great places and you can walk any leftovers right back to your unit. Thank you Pam!!!
