Stayed Sep 21, 2024Sabrina's cottage is the perfect get away spot. She has thought of everything! Sabrina has the apartment stocked with everything we needed for our home away from home. Communication with her was excellent and she even helped me obtain a blow out from the salon downstairs! Walking distance to everything and then some.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Clean, comfortable little apartment with nice touches, about 20 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment building was under construction, so no view. Host was warm and responsive, going out of her way to make me comfortable.

Stayed Jun 27, 2022All was great in this small unit - except the sleeping arrangement in that the loft bed did not allow for my 6'2 200# frame along with my petite wife ... so I got the single below. Didn't prevent our enjoyment of the unit!

Stayed Jun 3, 2019This property was immaculate and well-presented in every way. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels were plentiful. There were many useful extras in the well-equipped kitchen such as seasoning, herbs, milk, water (fizzy and still) butter, tea, coffee, jam and honey. This was quite unexpected but a very nice surprise. As were the slippers, soap and other bits and bobs available to us. Lots of maps and local leaflets as well as travel plugs and local guide books. Sabrina had thought of everything and provided a most welcoming and comfortable base from which to enjoy Siena (a mere 10-min walk away). The area was nice and quiet and though we didn't need the air-conditioning but it was nice to know it was there if we did. The windows are shuttered for privacy and also have mosquito screens so you can leave them open if you wish to. I cannot recommend this place highy enough and we would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Siena.

Stayed May 6, 2019My host Sabrina is the ultimate Super Host! She’s thought of EVERYTHING to make this charming apartment the ideal home while visiting the magnificent city of Siena. The location is terrific! It’s very quiet, next to a Medieval Fortress that’s now a lovely park and just a short walk to all the major attractions. The apartment is super clean with lots of space for a European apartment with large windows and tons of natural light. Both beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked and simple to use. It’s not only fully equipped, Sabrina has lots of food and drink extras that other hosts don’t often supply. The bathroom is modern, spacious, clean and again stocked with many thoughtful extras. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. The clothes washer came in handy and was easy to use. The wi-fi was fast and very dependable. There’s also a well organized notebook for the apartment with clear and interesting information on the city’s incredible history and major attractions. There’s an Open Air Market on Wednesdays that Sabrina told me about. It was a 5 minute walk on the side of the Fortress that was the best shopping experience ever! Amazing bargains for so cheap. Sabrina really is a treasure. For a native Sienese, her English is extremely good and her prompt communication before and during my stay was so helpful. To make my travels easy she picked me up at the train station. A week before my arrival, I realized the train schedule wouldn’t give me enough time to catch my flight. Sabrina offered to take me to the Florence airport (an hour and a half drive) herself. What could have been a disaster for my further travels was quickly solved by Sabrina. She even humbly suggested a mores than reasonable price saying she was just helping out. Now that’s a Super Host!! Thank you for EVERYTHING Sabrina!!!
