Short walk to Garden of the Gods trailhead, Low cleaning fee, Hot tub

Accommodations were great. Hosts are efficient and available if needed. The house is spacious and very well maintained. Property is in a great location and neighborhood with easy access to trailhead with access to Garden of the Gods state park. Historic Manitou Springs is slightly north with great dining, wine bars and old town Colorado charm. Second time staying here in past year. When back in Colorado Springs, we will stay here again.

This was the best place to stay in Colorado Springs. We loved walking straight into garden of the gods at the end of the road. So nice to take a little stroll in the mornings. Also very easy access to the old city and 15 min from downtown. The place itself was clean, spacious, and felt like home. The jets in the hot tub were particularly good! The only note I’d make for people to be aware of is that there isn’t a traditional oven/stove in the kitchen. They have a hot plate and a nice counter toaster oven. It’s completely workable if you are aware! We were glad we stopped by the rental before going to the grocery store so we didn’t make the mistake of buying a pizza for an oven!

Excellent location and everything was great!

It was hot had to purchase a fan and was still hot in bedroom. Too many skylights, way too many. Pictures of family etc. Felt weird with all the weird plants and pictures. Hosts house is connected and kept coming to door to bother us. Vacation is suppose to be relaxing, you want a break, not the place to stay. Other then the weird stuff and constant bother, skylights and heat was somewhat nice.

This was the perfect place to stay for our 5 day trip to Manitou Springs and the surrounding area. Location was perfect ... walking distance to Garden of the Gods, and close to downtown and all amenities we needed. The house was clean and super comfortable and Debbie and Luke were gracious hosts! Lots of wildlife and we were even greeted by 2 deer in the driveway when we came back from dinner one night. Great place!

The place was very clean and cozy, a perfect place for a nice quite getaway! Would defiantly stay again!

It was a very clean, cute place. The main problem was the AC didn’t reach upstairs very well. We had the windows and blinds closed as instructed, but that didn’t help much. Be aware of this in the summer. We visited in May. It would have been much more comfortable with an AC unit upstairs as it said on the listing.

Best honeymoon ever! The hot tub was perfect and our little chihuahua had a great back yard to chase squirrels. The Sunlight in the room was amazing, but if you like to sleep in bring a sleeping mask lol The kitchenette had everything we needed. Thanks yall!

What a lovely, well equipped, clean, very pet friendly home. We enjoyed the easy access to Garden of the Gods and seeing a variety of wildlife. This was a perfect spot for our vacation. Hosts Luke and Debbie are very communicative and helpful.

We truly enjoyed staying at you quaint, comfortable rental. It was half a block from the Garden of The Gods and close to all the attractions we wanted to see.

Very clean and full of beautiful plants (8inside and out!), super convenient to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. We had a great time being able to just walk to Garden of the Gods. And the hosts are super nice

Great property, very spacious and homey. Location in the foothills of Garden of the Gods is very quiet and walking distance to one of the trailheads.

Excellent location with an quick and easy walk and a little bit of hike up the Siamese Twins, and a short drive to the Garden of the Gods entrance. The home was very clean and roomy. Our dog loved the backyard more than anything else on the entire trip! One thing I would point out just as an FYI is, the only bathroom is upstairs, not an issue for us at all though. I also didn’t mind the skylight above the bed as much as I though I would, and it was pretty cool to see a couple of stars laying down in the bed.

Wonderful half house with high ceilings and great natural lighting. Beautiful shared backyard. And garden of gods just 5 minute walk away. A gem!

Couldn't have picked a better home that was centrally located to everything we had planned for the week. The home and owners were wonderful. It was exactly what we hoped for.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The rental was a quaint one bedroom that was very relaxing to stay in.

Our stay felt just like home. The backyard is a serene dream. We did the Manitou incline and the bus parking lot to get to it was only about 6 minutes down the road. Luke was very helpful & kind. We would stay again if we are back in town.

A very nice and quaint retreat with many amenities and owners who care about their guests! They were always available to answer our questions and requests. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the fire pit, the yard and the easy access to the Garden of the Gods.

The house is adorable inside and out. The host was super nice and helpful, short walk to garden of the gods but we did see a bear!! Close to Manitou springs. Absolutely LOVED everything about our trip. Thank you so much!!!
