Short Stay close to Notre Dame perfect for football weekends or business travel.

Excellent stay, great location in South Bend, very close to Notre Dame. Host was very responsive, great communication throughout the booking, stay and checkout. Perfect weekend getaway for me and my family. property was exactly as described and even better.

Stayed a very quick night while helping daughter move in to Notre Dame. Everything about this rental was just as described and better. Communication with Tim was excellent. Information provided was accurate and we had no issues. Unit was just as pictured and included so many extras. We look forward to staying here on future visits to the area.

We enjoyed our summer golf outing at the ND course. The apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, well-furnished and convenient to downtown as well as Notre Dame. Tim communicated all the details very punctually. Codes to access the facility were perfect and easy for a non-tech guy to understand.

Perfect for attending a Notre Dame football game with the shuttle service right out front. Great restaurant next door and never was bothered by any noisy crowds. Timothy was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you!

The unit is clean and bright. It has everything you would need except an elevator. The stairs are steep and the treads are short. We found it rough carting luggage up. If we only had weekend bags it would have been fine. Host was great instructions were easy to follow shuttle to ND football game runs for 3 hours prior to game and 1 hours after . Very convenient.

The unit was as described the only thing I wish was better was the srairway entrance which we knew was there and steep, but thevlightvon the stairs was not working snd navigating for me was somewhat difficult. The final step was also difficultcwhen leaving. It would have been helpful to have it possibly painted to call atention to the step. The master bedroom could use blackout drapes security lights at Fiddlers bright all night. Bed could be replaced not as comfortable as I had wished. With all that we would definitely sray again if the opportunity presented.

Timothy’s place was a good option for Notre Dame move in. Would stay there again
