-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
- This unit is located on top of another shipping container. You will need to climb and exterior flight of stairs to access the unit.
- This unit is located downtown off of US-54. Noise is to be expected.
- There is only 1 parking spot provided for each unit.
-This unit is heated and cooled with a mini-split.

If traveling without a car, public transportation is great in this area with bus stops nearby. Wichita also offers transportation services such as Uber and Lyft.
