Stayed Dec 11, 2025I have logged a formal complaint on VRBO, this was a unacceptable experience, cockroaches everywhere, good location but a health hazard, we as a family were left to fend for ourselves, best you did was say ill reimburse the remaining days horrible service from a host , as it is peak season i exhausted all possible areas and prices has obviously sky rocketed, as a host you should have assisted with making the stay more pleasant, but this was the complete opposite, if the building should be under new management i would suggest a genuine facelift and ensure it is fumigated regularly.
