This oustanding apartment is located in one of the most valued and renowned areas of Seville, the popular as well as the exclusive neighborhood of Triana, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the majestic Giralda tower. All of Seville's well-known monuments and city attractions can be reached within 10-15 minutes. r>
It is a newly renovated four-bedroom apartment, comprising one bedroom, one spacious living-room with dining area, full bathroom, and kitchen with small studio space incorporated. The unit is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. It is part of a small, luxurious and quiet complex of eight apartments in a cozy Andalucian patio. All utilities are included: air conditioning, electricity, gas, heating and wi-fi.

The bedroom has one king size bed and up to 2 more guests can be accommodated in the comfortable sofa bed in the living room and foldable bed in studio area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and equipped with kitchenware and cooking utensils. A washing machine, ironing equipment, and bed linen and towels are also included.

The apartment is fully cleaned at changeover, but added cleaning of linen and towels can be arranged on demand for longer period stays.

On arrival, the owner will meet travelers, handle keys, and will provide a general overview of local amenities, places to visit, shopping areas, and other useful recommendations.

    We had a great stay, this apartment is right in the middle of things in Triana and walking distance to the many attractions in Seville. We would stay here again thanks Marina and Jose.

    The apartment is on an active pedestrian street with lots of restaurants with outdoor and indoor seating, and lots of shops. There is a convenient parking garage across the street. The apartment is a pretty garden courtyard away from the noise, so we slept well. It had all the amenities we needed, including a clothes washer. The owner was very friendly and accommodated our check-in time. We were able to walk to all of the museums, gardens, and other attractions of interest.
