Located on a quiet dead-end street, our fully renovated apartment in Central Greenwich takes up the entire top floor of this property and boasts hardwood floors and a fabulous modern kitchen. The living room has a large screen 4k TV and an electric fireplace for you to enjoy. Enjoy time outside on the private patio (just off the kitchen and master bedroom) or BBQ in the backyard.

Take a short walk to downtown Greenwich and enjoy excellent restaurants, the library, parks, coffee shops, movie theaters, beach ferries (in the summer), and places to shop. Alternatively, you can take the train to Manhattan as the Greenwich train station is only an 8-minute walk away. We are also centrally located to explore the Tri-State area. Rye Playland (a fun-filled amusement park and beach) is 12 minutes away by car.

Our property is also ideal for working from home. We have a desk in one of the bedrooms and lightning-fast WiFi for you to enjoy.

The master bedroom comes with a king-sized mattress, and all our mattresses are super comfortable.

Activities include biking, hiking, kayaking, and community-sponsored activities such as concerts and movie nights. This is also a great area for walking or jogging near the water.

    Kitchen was great for cooking needs.Outdoor patio was a nice feature to sit outside and relax.Place was clean and has a homie feel to it. A TV in the main bedrooms would be a nice feature to unwind and watch before bed or while getting ready in the morning.While there we did have rental tenants arrive after 1030pm our first night. They were quite loud and we could hear them too well realizing the floors were thinner than we thought between each layer.I would definitely stay here again as it was a pleasant place to be overall for a work trip.

    Quiet street, everything we needed! Comfy King Bed and 4 King Pillows, Linens smelled so fresh! We appreciated the king bedroom had nightstand lamps. Plenty of toilet paper, premium paper towel roll, dish soap, sponge, clean hand soaps, a (split unit) AC in every room with their own thermostats. Laundry in Kitchen was very useful. (Don't use washer late at night, spin cycle is very loud/vibration though!) We found some laundry soap packets on shelf. Yay!Great space, great deck patio. So many trees and birds. Neighbor houses are close but a charming and cozy scenery. The street is very walker friendly. Boxcar Cantina and Canoe resturants are a short walk away if you dont want to drive. We enjoyed our stay visiting nearby family!

    Great location! Easy to get to NYC and walkable to downtown Greenwich. Perfect for our family of 6. The outside patio was especially comfortable and a plus! Henri was a great communicator and even helped us get tickets to nearby Greenwich Point Park. A highlight of our trip.

    Two bedroom two bath unit was comfortable for family of three adults. Location near train and town very desirable. Host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions. Very clean and fully equipped (except had to purchase laundry detergent). Definitely a rental unit and not a “home” which is fine depending on your preference.
