Serene Sunsets - Warm and Cozy Basement Suite

Beautiful property close to Tacoma and hiking at Dash Point.

The view from this unit was incredible! It truly was serene. Our stay was so refreshing and peaceful, just what we needed!

The apartment was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was great. The setting was absolutely gorgeous! The host, Belinda, was very accommodating in letting us check in a little early and communication was easy and responses were quick. Would definitely recommend a stay there.

The owners so nice and easily accessible. We had a wonderful time. The view is awesome.

I have never stayed at a property with so many thoughtful amenities, from cold drinks to every utensil you could imagine to lotions and soaps, outlets galore to charge devices and of course the incredible view.

Exceptional Pacific Northwest Getaway Suite The property is located in a safe, well-established neighborhood with stunning panoramic views of Commencement Bay. During our stay, we relaxed on the back patio with a glass of wine, enjoying the boat traffic on the bay. The suite was perfect for our needs, featuring a full kitchen, a comfortable queen bed, and the convenience of a washer and dryer.The pre-arrival instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. Belinda and Todd are outstanding hosts—very attentive to our questions and generous with helpful information about the area, including recommendations for restaurants and local activities.We’re from Arizona and will definitely stay here again during our hot summer season. Highly recommended!

The basement studio was very clean and well equipped with all the essentials. It was very comfortable. The yard was beautiful with amazing views. Belinda was a great host.

This was the perfect place for us. Centrally located between Olympia and Seattle…where all of our plans were. Property is in bottom of host’s home. Private entrance in walk in basement apartment. The apartment is fully outfitted. The bed super comfortable. And an electric fireplace to make it cozy. The view was spectacular and we lucked out with some beautiful sunny days. Highly recommend.

Quiet location, beautiful views. well maintained and well stocked. Spent a few days out on the Puget Sound. Looking forward to returning.

We had a lovely stay-cation at Serene Sunsets! I could not think of a most fitting name. Everything is absolutely perfect. I could not think of a single thing to change. The sunsets are magical, parking instructions clear, the kitchen, and bathroom had everything we needed. The backyard was great to play games of duck, duck goose and catch. Our hosts were accommodating, quick to respond and very kind. Thank you again for having us.

The place lives up to its name. The apartment was light and bright and the view was simply beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen has everything you need. The views are amazing. It was such an easy process to check in and out. And communication with the property manager was always prompt. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location: absolutely Serene , and very scenic location.Cozy basement house with door opens to give you a breath taking view and beautiful backyard. Looks like newly constructed basement but doesn’t look like a basement!.Bathroom has new fixtures.Fire place is beautiful.Sunset is beautiful and changes color everyday!Nearby Park and the lighthouse is lovely and peaceful. Adequate kitchen and heating facilities. Beddings Arrangements could add to the coziness Over all enjoyed our stay for 3 nights and will come again. Host is very responsive and caring and the Lady of the Action!

Location is beautiful with water views. We loved the furnishings and cozy atmosphere.

We love this place, it was clean, had everything we needed. I wish we had more time just to sit on the swing and admire the view. Checkin was a breeze and the owner was quick with communication. Would very much stay here again. Love the open floorplan and blackout drapes around the queen bed.

Loved all the extras

My wife and I recently stayed for four nights. Although its a basement unit, the views are expansive and the accommodations are fantastic. Loved watching the sunset over the Olympic Peninsula and the location is much more peaceful than anything we have stayed at in the area. We will gladly revisit when back.
