Serene Escape King Master, Minutes to AM Island, IMG & More

I highly recommend this property as it is super clean with plenty of amenities. The property is just a short drive to major beaches and dining options. Maria was very communicative and made the process easy. We had 2 couples in our group and this fit the bill with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

My family rented this gem for our 2023 spring break. The home was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could want. It was located just 6 miles from beautiful Anna Maria Island. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Maria was extremely responsive to answer any questions we had or to take care of anything that we needed. We would stay again and we definitely recommend it to others!

Would have not stayed here if accurately listed on vrbo. Not big enuff for my family. Not a livingroom for relaxing after long day and showed 2 twins and full bed in 2nd bedroom. (Which it did not.) Needs a good deep cleaning. Also people upstairs were partying until 2am in the morning.

We enjoyed our time at this property, we did notice it could use a good deep clean. It unexpectedly came with some beach things (chairs/umbrellas/etc) which were great, and the quick communication upon check-in was very appreciated. The area was also very safe which is a huge priority of ours when traveling.

The location, pool, hot tub, tennis courts really nice. If you’re particular about your living space, this may not be the place for you. There were many things that needed maintenance, mostly the doors. Our shower curtain was very yellow at the bottom and the toilet had been filled with toilet bowl cleaner but never washed. I am not a super picky person but was disappointed in the cleansliness. Dirty dishes and cups in the cupboard. It really needed someone to go through and give it a good cleaning and organize the cupboards. Lots of half empty containers of soap, Shampoo, etc. The location was great and it was very easy to head out to the beautiful beaches of Ana Maria Island. We would return to this association but not to this specific condo unit.

This place was very nice and comfortable. It was perfect for us. The only problem we had was trying to turn the tv on. WE would definitely stay here again

We chose this condo based on its close proximity to IMG academy (1 mile away) and the amenities (pool, pickleball, shuffleboard) and an affordable option for The week of New Year’s It served all of those purposes, but the inside of the condo hasn’t been updated since 1980. All pocket doors were broken, shower in second bathroom didn’t work and the pots and pans were so old that a thrift store has a better selection. No salt and pepper in the cupboards and one trash bag for a 6 days. It is affordable, but it’s like staying in an old motel room.

Ceiling/ walls a bit thin. Woke up to noise above us in middle of night. But we did appreciate closeness to Anna Maria Island where we dined and felt safe where we stayed
