Perfect home base and location in the heart of Paris. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in Paris!

We didn’t mind opening the windows to let fresh air in but that also allowed mosquitoes to get in. Installing window screens would be great.

This property is amazing and close to everything. On our stay, the washer was broken and there was no hairdryer. Otherwise, all the amenities were excellent.

Great property- central - clean and had everything we needed. Great shower - nice hot water. Wonderful light and great windows. Clean and spacious just how I like to find in Europe. Host was very helpful and very easy to communicate with and I really appreciated that

This apartment was a wonderful way for my husband and me to experience Paris. We stayed 11 nights and had everything we needed. The one flight of stairs is steep, but manageable. The kitchen has everything you might want for cooking in, though we only used it for breakfasts. The bedroom is lovely and adequate storage for clothes (if you pack light). We enjoyed very much the living area for relaxing in the evenings after a full day exploring Paris. Be aware that the location is in a very vibrant and electric neighborhood, which was what we were looking for. I knew it might be noisy, so had earplugs for helping with sleep. Honestly, the sound of the city right outside our window became a notable part of our experience. We really appreciated how close we were to the Metro and walking to many of the sites and places we visited. Thank you, Gregory, for a very, very nice stay at the apartment.

First time renting this apartment, but likely not the last! As other reviews note, there is a steep staircase (but it's only one flight) and it can be loud at night (but you're in the heart of Paris!) The kitchen has everything you need, even for cooking full dinners. The bathroom is large and clean. But the bedroom is the real star, with giant floor to ceiling (12 feet high) windows on two sides. It's VERY romantic. We also liked the separate entrance - it feels like your own little Paris flat. Steps to Hotel de Ville Metro and BHV department store.

Great location in busy area-close to train & lots of stores & restaurants. Walked to many destinations. Can be noisy if you want peace & quiet not best place but we loved it. Entry stairs are steep but location can’t be beat for hitting the tourist spots.

We had a fantastic time. Second time renting from Vincent and Guillaume and will be back again soon!
