Self-contained one bedroom apartment - Kingston Foreshore on your doorstep

Very comfortable property with easy access to Canberra attractions and City centre. The apartment was beautifully decorated with good parking and easy access.

Excellent location close to Kingston Foreshore and restaurants, whilst maintaining privacy, security and quietness. It was wonderful to have parking on site and a cute balcony for morning breakfast.

It was a perfect stay for us as we could walk in lovely surrounds to where we wanted to go.

Love the location, right on the foreshore and any closer you would be in the water. Nice and close to tourist locations too. Bed was comfy and apartment is easily accessible. The apartment is a private residence, something not mentioned until after the question was asked after paying via WOTIF, then being redirected to a different site for confirmation. Booking was not refundable otherwise would definitely have booked elsewhere, I wasn’t quite comfortable sleeping in someone else house, especially when it wasn’t mentioned upfront. No microwave found as advertised, unless in locked cupboards so had to quickly replan meals for a 3 night stay. Bedroom blinds blocked light on a cloudy day, but was bright on the sunny Sunday, although the bedrooms are blocked by surrounding apartments. Certainly wouldn’t pay the amount we did for the apartment.

The flat is in a fabulous area, close to a lovely walk around wetlands, as well as restaurants and markets. We used the balcony which was lovely and the kitchen and laundry were great. Just a few issues - the shower doesn't have a complete door, the water goes onto the bathroom floor but doesn't drain into the drain, so the floor gets really wet and has to be mopped away. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work and the blinds in the bedroom don't meet so the early morning sun streams in.

The apartment is well located, comfortable and very clean. Paul was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend a stay.

Great location, easy access to unit. Access to own parking off street was great....the unit was as advertised!

We highly recommend it. Clean, modern and very convenient. It even had my favouurite book in the bookcase,I felt right at home.

Excellent property in a wonderful location

We really enjoyed the apartment in Kingston. Suited us perfectly, great location and directions to access the apartment, parking ect. Were excellent. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Our stay with two adults was good. However, the apartment appeared not to have been cleaned upon arrival. After contacting the landlord, this was done the same evening. Despite that, it could be cleaner. The apartment offers (too) little space to store your own belongings. The existing cupboards are locked with probably the owner's/resident's belongings.The apartment itself is not large, but it does have its own space in the underground garage.
