Stayed Dec 26, 2025Tv didn’t work looked old ,coffee machine didn’t work, also advised photos were misleading and asked how to make formal complaint . Got no response and furthermore carpets had lots of stains and walls were marked . Not good enough

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Furniture was stained and dated. Washing machine flooded the carpet and wet all my clothes. Bed uncomfortable. Despite asking many times for clarification if the property was disability friendly and being assured it was, it was not. Complete waste of move in effort. Furious

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Perfect stay here while I was between two long term properties. The agent was quick to respond to queries. The key collection process was straight forward. Would definitely stay here again should I need to. Will recommend to friends and family.
