Second floor, dog-friendly condo w/ pool & hot tub access, WiFi, and central AC

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy check in and check out. The amenities were as they described. Wonderful area to stay in Palm Springs you are within short driving distance to all attractions,restaurants, and shopping.

The unit was great. A/c worked very well. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was very calm at all times. Everything was pleasant. Location was great. I enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint would be an odd smell in the condo that never seemed to go away. I still recommend staying here because for the price, location, and atmosphere, it is definitely worth it.

Central to where we wanted to be. Loved the complex and the pool areas. Unit was avg, but service was very responsive.

Very quiet, clean, friendly community and perfect location.

Check-in was tedious/inconvenient. Heat was out for 2 days - bad communication as the fix was being scheduled. Sliding doors to patio were hard to open. Dirty area rug in kitchen and living room. Bed was comfy. Location is great. Home was overall pretty clean. But when I spend a couple thousand to stay somewhere, I want it to be near perfect - and this was not. Won’t be back.

Well cared for; clean; nicely located. Did initially have some difficulties with the heating, but they responded quickly and had it repaired. We would go back to this condo.

The beds and living room couch are not comfortable. Door code provided was wrong so had to call standing outside the rental in the dark. Key to the pool area not provide. Master bathroom shower and sink did not drain well. No hot water in the kitchen sink. Location and square footage of the rental were the positive attributes.

We loved the location. The condo was quiet with all the amenities we needed. The view of mountains was marvelous.

The casita location was very quiet and that was just what we wanted once we cleaned it to our satisfaction. The cleaning crew could have done a better job to prepare the place. Some examples: the coffee pot was dirty, there were dark hairs on the sheets, the water filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced, etc. Because of this, we decided to wash all the bedding and wash the glasses and dishes in order to be sure things were clean. The remote clicker to open the gate to get into the gated community did not work, but we did have the code so we were able to get in. Written instructions on how to lock/unlock the front door, how to use the tv remote control, etc. would be lovely but we figured everything out. With better cleaning, this place would definitely be a five star location.
