Second-floor condo with gorgeous view, pool, hot tub & tennis - 2 dogs OK

Very comfortable. Great for the dog.

The Oasis Resort is very nice and has plenty of tennis courts and pickleball courts. It is quiet and has lovely views of the mountains. Our condo had a nice patio with lots of light. However a resident that lived across from us was very rude and it spoiled all visit. The condo itself appears darker in reality to the pictures online. The carpets and the condo all need to be removed and cleaned or replaced. The gray couch is done and should be thrown away it's really bad. The cushions were old and not very clean. This is a shame because the unit is pretty good and the resort is good. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay everything else seemed okay except for the check-in which was a bit of a nightmare. We saw in previous reviews that the check-in had been problematic and we experienced the same thing. Problems with paperwork not coming through to the reception to allow us to enter the property. Plus codes not working on the door. Created more stress at the beginning of our trip and was needed. Overall we wouldn't pick this unit again but as I say we made the best of it and still had a nice time.light. However

This was a very easy process and thorough from booking, checking in to checking out. This has had all of the amenities needed and was very comfortable for our duration of time in Palm Springs. The resort was very easy to get in and out of as well as great location within town. Would definitely recommend and look to stay there in the future visits as well!

We really enjoyed ourselves on this stay. The property was nice and had a great patio. My only draw back was that neither of the beds were very comfortable at all. They were very hard but everything else was great.

Couldn't eat drink or have anything in home or would be covered in ants. Even garbag had to be kept outside

I was surprised at the level of kitchen amenities, blender, toaster oven, spices, and cookware. There was also plenty of bathroom supplies (including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) and several towels and pool towels! We were very happy with this condo and we have rented in this complex several times in the past.

For the price paid, this unit was a great value - it was clean, furniture in good shape, lots of kitchen pots, pans, etc. and the property overall was very nice, parking was easy as was gate access, and the location was very central to all activities. We’ve paid a lot more for alot less at other properties. Vacasa was great too, very communicative before, during and after our stay.

This is our second year staying at the Oasis Resort (different units). It's lovely and a good location and this particular unit is nice and very comfortable (aside from the sandpaper toilet paper). The check-in process with Vacasa is a lot. Additionally, when we needed help with something during our stay and left a message for the on-call person, we never received a callback. Communication isn't consistent - some paperwork gives one set of directions and others contradict that. Can we also recommend the porch light be fixed (doesn't work) and the dishwasher be attached so it doesn't wobble back and forth.

The condo and location were nice enough, but Vacasa, the management of the condo was awful. First, my email was somehow put onto some stranger's reservation. I received communication about their trip and could see all their trip details. No idea how that happened. Totally unacceptable. Additionally, when I arrived at the condo, no gate code was given on my check in email. I was on the phone/hold with Vacasa for 30+ minutes trying to get into the property. When someone finally came to let us in, we drove to the condo and tried to use the key code to enter the condo- this did not work. They gave us the wrong key code- again we had to call and wait for help. Another 30+ minutes. The spare emergency key in the lock box was also missing. It took over an hour of being on the phone to get into the condo. Would not rent a place managed by Vacasa ever again.

The grounds, amenities, and facilities were in excellent condition. The accommodation was extremely clean, stocked with all kitchen equipment and utensils, comfortable furniture, and very spacious. Check in and out was smooth and staff were very quick to respond and check on us.
