We really liked the location. Nice neighborhood and easy access to all of Seattle. When we didn’t feel like driving, restaurants and a grocery store were within walking distance. Comfy place with everything we needed!

This rental is presented as a charming apartment with all of the amenities that you will need in a walkable neighborhood. And it is even more than that. It is so incredibly comfortable. You will not go without anything. The apartment is so thoughtfully appointed that it is so incredibly comfortable and charming. You can relax in the garden in the front yard. You can walk to a market , you can walk to a restaurant or you can walk to get coffee or the bus stop. It's a really great rental!

Our host was amazing! It was obvious there was so much love, care, attention to detail, and charm in the unit. We look forward to our return visit.

This was the most perfect place to stay for a beautiful spring Seattle getaway! Super close to tons of shops, coffee spots, and restaurants. The apartment itself is so beautiful and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed when we didn't feel like eating out or when we just wanted to have a quiet night in. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to return for another visit. :)

Nice clean place; fully equipped kitchen/dining area and bathroom and cutely decorated! Host/owner was really easy to reach out to and responded quickly as well. Terrific place to be as everything is close by (restaurants, drug stores, grocery store, etc.).

Garnett is a gracious host with a lovely home. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything to cook a meal, and peaceful neighborhood. Her front yard is a beautiful relaxing oasis and her home is convenient to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying in the small quaint apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The sanctuary outside was really enjoyable with the fountain and the lights at night.

Home was warm and welcoming. Garnett was friendly and very helpful with our small needs. She even let me read her paper which has 2 ages of funnies.

My wife and I enjoyed everything the house and neighborhood had to offer. Great restaurants, bars, and walking in the area. We cooked many meals in as well, enjoying the kitchen.

This property was just enough space for my fiancé and I. Our trip in Seattle was busy, but this apartment really allowed us to decompress after a whirlwind of excitement. Coming from the South we were a little nervous about PNW hospitality, but Garnett made us feel right at home. I love this place. Definitely will be back in the future

I stayed here while working in Seattle. What a treat! The darling cottage was clean, well equipped and the perfect to environment to relax and unwind. I walked as much as I had time for- so many walkable options for eating, shopping, sightseeing. I look forward to visiting Garnett’s lovely home again!

I needed an in-city retreat, just a little break from my own home and stresses. I LOVE this spot. I felt like I was staying at a friend's place, but had the privacy and my own kitchen.The apartment is beautifully lit and colored. It's thoughtfully decorated -- love the art and the books next to the bed, which are perfect for reading before sleep. A lovely garden view in both the front and back -- I hope I can return sometime in the spring. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you'll need. The shower stall is a little small, but given everything else in the place, it's easy to withstand. So many vacation homes feel cold and soulless. Garnett's place is the exact opposite.
