Beautifully maintained and decorated unit in this historic Seattle bungalow apartment. Everything you could possibly need from extra towels, blankets, dishes are provided. Much larger and more homey than any hotel we could have stayed in. Walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Four blocks from public transportation and bus lines to get you to the Space Needle and Pikes Market. We loved our stay at this unique and charming property set in a very beautiful and walkable neighborhood!

Great small 1 br apartment in Wallingford. You don’t need a car here. The 62 bus will take you to near Pikes Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum, Pioneer Square, Green Lake and more! We didn’t really cook in the apartment, mostly ate breakfast and some lunches there, but there were some useful staples there. Check in and check out we’re both very easy. There’s lots of restaurants & a grocery store nearby on 45th St. Hope to return in the next few years! Thanks!

Super place to stay while exploring Seattle. Great location to walk and explore (Fainting Goat gelato really yummy) and was a quick drive to get to other Seattle locations. Apartment was clean, comfortable, bed was super comfy! Will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Garnett was a lovely host. The house and yard are so beautiful. Very close to busses to UW campus. Lovely neighborhood. I was grateful for the many fans in the closet. It was exceptionally hot for Seattle so we needed them. The only thing I’d warn folks about is how bright it gets in the living room, if you’re using the pull out couch and you’re sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask.

Great location in a beautiful and very walkable neighborhood, with a profusion of flowering plants and trees on every street. We loved being able to walk to the grocery store and to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. Some of our favorites were breakfast at Julia's, lunch at Stone Way Cafe, baked goods from Sea Wolf, and the hand crafted donuts from DOCE Donut Company (be sure to try the Tres Leche: unbelievable!). Our accommodations were perfect for relaxing and it was a great spot for gathering with our daughter, who was living nearby. We had everything we could possibly need, and the king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I would love to stay here again the next time I am in Seattle.

We really enjoyed our visit to Seattle staying here. Our son and his wife live a few blocks away. We walked to Fremont for the day (but we like to walk). Really great quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood is a little busy before and after school on school days. Pretty easy to find parking during day in the area. We plan on staying again in future. Thanks again Garnett, nice to meet you.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint daylight basement apartment in a quiet city neighborhood, walking distance from shops, restaurants and public transit. A tall person like my 6’5 husband may be challenged by the shower but it was manageable.

This is a lovely, small property. Garnett gave excellent instructions of how to arrive, get in, park, etc. The unit is well maintained and very well stocked, which is so nice. And Garnett appreciated feedback on something to add to the kitchen that we would have been happy to use during our stay. The bed is very comfortable and loads of pillows and blankets.
