Seaside Apartment/ flat - Ponta Delgada

Great location. Amazing view. Right on the beach.Very clean. We used the tennis court. (Just ask for rackets)

The property ownewr was very accommodating as our flight was delayed, meeting us at 10pm. The view was great, across the street from the beach. The traffuc on Friday evening was a bot noisy, especially the dirt bikes. However, the view made up for it.

The views from this apartment are incredible! Hosts were super friendly and generous. We loved our stay here! It does get a little warm inside to sleep (we visited in August) we asked for a second fan which they brought. Super quick walk to a beautiful sandy beach! The sounds of the ocean crashing all night was unforgettable! Overall wonderful place to stay!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family. It had all the comforts necessary. We were able to have our breakfast with a perfect view of the ocean. The owner, Silvia, was amazing - she welcomed us with some traditional items from Azores and introduced us to their sweet bread. The apartment is located perfectly near the beach (a 6 minute walk), local coffee shop, bakery and places to eat. Thank you for making our first experience on the island memorable.

We are a family of three, including an active 15month old and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view is amazing! And the sound of the waves so relaxing! The apartment itself was clean and there was a bag of blocks and bucket of beach toys which came in handy. The area and building are quiet. Parking and elevator were very convenient. The restaurant downstairs (Beach Grill) was excellent and great for lunch. Sao Roque was the perfect place to base ourselves to visit other parts of Sao Miguel island. Highly, highly recommend this apartment!

Located on the 11th floor with awsome view on the Sao Roque beach, generously equipped kitchen, huge living room, two sleeping rooms, nice and bright interior, tiny bathroom We staid there beginning of August 2017 with 5 people, the sofa in the living room is not really comfortable but we built a bed on the floor with pillows for our doughter which she liked a lot Furthermore there is a swimming pool available for the guests of the apartement house, directly at the front entrance there are 3 restaurants, a bar at the beach (no showers!) and at 10min walking distance a small grocery, Ponta Delgada is about 10min away by car Check-in, even at midnight, worked very well and friendly!

Very clean apartment, great location and stunning view. Lovely to fall asleep hearing the waves on the beach! A real treat. Obrigada.

The apartement was nice and clean. It had a great location next to the beach with a view over the beach. The owner had prepared and written down a lot of information about the Azores for us that was very useful. The only minor complaints that I may have is that the bed wasn't very comfortable and the dishwasher didn't work. Overall we are very pleased with our stay and I would definitely recommend this apartement.
