Disappointed, heating was not working efficiently, it kept turning itself off, we were very cold, reported to the management company. They sent an electrician who was very helpful. Blind broke in bedroom Insufficient bulbs, so was swapping them around No vent in sash window, causing a terrible draft On arrival microwave was not working, reported to management company, sent out electrician We have stayed at this apartment a few times over the Christmas period and have always been very happy. Very disappointed this time, just felt that lots of things were not up to the usual standard. All the above problems were reported to Management.

This was our 2nd stay at Seascape a beautiful property with a beautiful view. There is a useful visitors book and a welcome pack of wine and biscuits. Great parking space just a short walk away. Brixham has some lovely restaurant some of our favourites being The Breakwater Bistro, Alberos and Rockfish.

Really enjoyed our visit, great views from the balcony, well equipped, clean apartment. Close to pubs, restaurants, shops, though stairs may be a challenge for some. Parking very useful, didn't use the car while we were there. Bed was a little soft for our liking. A few cracks, paintwork could do with a touch up in places.

This is a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. We had a fabulous few days and were sad to leave. The parking space was appreciated but is about 10 minutes walk away. Bay View steps are steep so unloading is definitely better from the road above the apartment rather than below despite it being extremely narrow in places due to parked cars. The apartment is very comfortable but could do with a bit of TLC. Some of the windows have leaked + its obvious the bath has leaked but none of this has been redecorated. A lot of the crockery is chipped, cleaning could be better and the mattress we slept on was extremely soft. Yes, all a bit picky but the standard is below what we expected for the price we paid. Having said all that we'd definitely recommend Seascape to others and would love to stay again. Brixham is delightful + the apartment is the best sea view we've ever had, which is why walking up/down all the hills/steps are worth it.

Perfect location. Good standard of accommodation, with almost everything we could have wished for to be honest.. Minor (very minor) gripes: mattress quality could be better - every movement woke us both. Over bath shower had a poor stream. Shower cubicle door doesn’t shut well. Plus there’s no power point for shavers/toothbrushes. However I would still absolutely highly recommend Seascape and wouldn’t hesitate to return again in future. It was a wonderful holiday, thank you.

The panoramic views from every room, particularly the living room, were amazing. The property was bright, light and extremely welcoming after a day of hiking. Helpful amount of dishwasher tablets, detergent etc. Great to have two king size beds and two bathrooms for two couples. Living room very comfortable. A bit of maintenance is now needed however to keep the property 5*. The kitchen tap dripped constantly and was very annoying ( we noticed a review in April pointed the tap out, so obviously nothing had been done to rectify it!). We emailed the office to mention that the shower plug was completely blocked and consequently flooding the bathroom, they didn’t acknowledge my email. One of the balcony chairs split while one of us was sitting on it ( it was rotten fabric) and that could have been very nasty, my daughter’s boyfriend had a bruised back. We reported it on the second day and were told a replacement would be found asap, but it wasn’t. Furthermore, there were only ever 3 balcony chairs for a 4 adult property and then obviously we were down to 2 chairs for 6 days?! Lastly, the Brixham water issue was a little worrying. Bottled Water was still being handed out by South West water every day and a nearby restaurant advised us not to drink the tap water. We didn’t want to risk drinking the water so we were walking to fetch the heavy water bottles. Still feel, for piece of mind, My Brixham Holidays should have provided us with a supply of bottled water. Overall, we had a fantastic week in Brixham but feel the few niggles we had could have been easily solved/ prevented and possibly weren’t.

Seascape fantastic location with large balcony overlooking Brixham harbour (beautiful) excellent apartment facilities and lighting with car park space, though seating not so comfortable…a lovely stay and great base to explore Torbay coastline.
