There are six units in the modern private complex which also has a good sized communal salt water pool. Over two levels this stylishly furnished property oozes beachside charm and boasts balconies on both levels that overlook the pool and your small private backyard.     Seascape 1 has amazing views of Mt Gulaga, the ocean and the river. It is brilliantly located and a very easy walk to the marina and wharf restaurants and cafes. The apartment is immaculately appointed and so well cared for with a homely feel. Very luxurious had everything you needed and more!

    Is there a better view in Bermagui- we don't think so!Loved the views and found the townhouse very comfortable. Outstanding quality of furnishings and fittings.Would stay at this property again.

    Excellent property with the biggest range of facilities I have ever seen in a rental property. Collection of movie & music DVD/CD's, Books, Games. Plus the great view of the waterfront from the living/kitchen area.
