Stayed Jul 14, 2025We had a great stay with our family of 3. Very conveniently located to the beach and village shops and restaurants. Very responsive host/property manager. At first I wasn’t sure about the shared beach gear and if there would be enough for everyone in the building but there was plenty to go around. Plenty of amenities and stuff to get started with such as laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Mostly though, it was the care, concern and hospitality of the owner/ manager that will bring us back! We had a family emergency that prevented us from arriving on time. She worked with us so that we were able to enjoy our time there (once we finally arrived). Thank you!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023This two bedroom two bathroom apartment was so conveniently located , with a min walk to the beach. It is very well organized and clean. No disturbances which mean you get a peaceful sleep. 4 miles from Legoland. 5 mins drive to local convenience stores for groceries and other needs. Very much worth the money spent to rent this beautiful place, looking forward to come again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023We booked last minute and was unsure of location but this was the perfect spot. It is right across from the beach so if you forget anything you can quickly go back and get something. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards to use. It was only about a 10 to 15 minute walk into town where there is plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Everyone was so helpful and we really had a great first visit to Carlsbad and can't wait to come back!

Stayed Mar 12, 2023Our stay was absolutely amazing! We were within walking distance of the beach and were able to enjoy a nightly/evening stroll and/or jog everyday. It was conveniently located near the village so we could walk for our meals and then enjoy the shops afterwards.
