Great location, light and airy space, beautiful, comfortable and practical decor. So many thoughtful touches by the welcoming owner.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Decor/furnishings were modern with a seaside theme. The location was great, in a quiet street but close to town and the wharf. Had all the amenities we needed for a few nights stay.

A lovely cosy cottage surrounded by beautiful artwork and so close to shops. Very clean and comfortable. Unique and interesting furniture, however, the couch was a little tricky for an afternoon nap. Would recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway for a few nights.

Well presented unit. Homely feel and nice art work.

Heating was on when we arrived when it switched off no more heating. Could use a small round table and 2 chairs for breakfast etc.

The cottage was beautifully presented and decorated to make you feel quite at home. Great location, lovely environment, a treat to stay here.

What a beautiful place to stay - such a feeling of peace and restfulness - we loved the location and sitting outside on the covered front verandah soaking up the fresh air and tranquility was just wonderful! We also loved being so close to the water and the boats. The way the place is decorated is absolutely gorgeous - and the king size bed is so comfortable. So glad we came!

Perfect apartment for a few days stay. Very comfortable with many thoughtful touches included. The location is terrific being close to ferry terminal, beach and dinner options. Look forward to staying again.

We spent 2 nights here and were quite comfortable. Alison was very responsive and even dropped by to say hello. The apartment was as described, very clean, excellent location. The bed was extremely comfortable. There are a variety of restaurants within a short walk’s distance. Queenscliff is a cute town and close to wineries, the Q Train, Blues Train and other Bellarine Peninsula attractions. If we were planning on a longer stay, we might have preferred a built-in kitchen, but for our short visit it was indeed perfect!

Hubby and I stayed here early Dec 2025 and really enjoyed the accommodation. The weather was perfect for sitting out on the deck, easy stroll to the pub & quayside for dinner. The house was very clean, comfortable furniture & we would definitely book here again.

Beautiful property. I loved the decor, everything was curated beautifully. The bed was a bit soft for me but it was such a joy being in the space. Perfect location as we could walk to the shops and watch the boats in the bay.Thank you!

Pelicans is a fabulous place to stay. We found it very welcoming, and check-in was easy. The location is fantastic being close to the main street, but also peaceful and relaxing. A lot of time and care has gone into the property and its very well presented and clean. The hosts have included lots of thoughtful touches that certainly made for a pleasurable stay. Looking forward to returning again.

Lovely house and location

Our stay at Pelicans was excellent. It was a bright, light filled beautiful place with views across the road to the water. Artworks by the owner gave a unique and special atmosphere. The house was warm and everything was provided from kitchen ware to toiletries, as well as books and games to pass the time.The area was very quiet and an easy walk to the shops, wharf and other attractions.We particularly enjoyed watching the pelicans gliding around over head at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Location location! We could walk everywhere without taking the car. Very close to the ferry, which we took to Sorrento for a morning brunch & shopping. Clean & very well equiped. We loved sitting on veranda in the late afternoon sun. Only issue was banging & crashing noises from the other side of the rear wall of the cottage, late at night both nights…….

Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and tidy.The decor had a nice and fresh feel about it. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommendWould have used the fire place if there was any firewood Only

We enjoy our time in this quaint cottage.Very limited places to eat out at night although we did find one not far from where we were staying a restaurant called 360 down at the wharf. The town has a few cafes to have lunch and some lovely shops

We had a fabulous stay at Pelicans. The accomodation is very spacious, comfortable and styled perfectly. Location is excellent as we didn't need to drive anywhere during our stay. Allison is a lovely host and very helpful with things to do in Queenscliff. Highly recommend this property.

The cottage was in an excellent location to access the town and the ferry across Port Phillip bay. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay, Pelicans is an easy walking distance from both the harbour and town centre, the cottage is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Lived our quick Queenscliff stay at Pelicans Cottage. Cosy and colourful one bedder, modern bathroom and kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Would recommend and hope to return.

We had a great stay. The photos are accurate, in fact the cottage is more spacious than it appears in the photos. Very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is quiet, but walking distance from pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in Queenscliff.

Comfortable and beautifully presented. Walking distance to harbour, ferry terminal, cafes, restaurants and shops. Prompt responses from owner in answer to questions. A really special experience, we will be returning!

The apartment was spacious, spotless with a beautiful front porch and very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a nice big shower. Alison left some nice goodies to enjoy during your stay. We had such a lovely weekend in this beautiful little house filled with art and interesting home pieces. The house was immaculate and had every thing we needed. Alison, the owner of the house, was very helpful and friendly. Her suggestion to check out a local flower show in town was a great look into the vibrant little community of Queenscliff. I loved my stay at Pelicans. There is a creative, coastal theme to the cottage making it absolutely fascinating and welcoming. Watching the pilot boats coming and going while curled up in the bay window, reading and writing snuggled under a blanket on the best front porch ever were definite highlights. I found the bed particularly comfortable and quite therapeutic. Pelicans is strolling distance to pretty much everything in delightful Queenscliffe and all in all was the perfect stay. Thankyou Alison for being such a considerate host.

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. This place is absolutely perfect.
