    The main living space and terrace leading directly to the sea was incredible and the house was in a perfect town centre location. But, the rear half of the property is below ground and so bedrooms do not have hardly any natural light. It gets quite claustrophobic. The staircase leading down to the apartment was dirty, lots of dust. The bathrooms are continuously ventilating which is noisy at night time. I had to turn the lighting circuit off to stop the noise to get some sleep. Lastly, and quite unfortunately, we were disturbed by rats scratching around behind the walls at nighttime. To be clear they were not in the apartment but were behind the plasterboard walls in the bedroom and so sounded like they were.
