Stayed Feb 12, 2025This is a wonderful property. Apartment is very nice and spacious. Spiral staircase would definitely be a problem for some folks. Pool and hot tub are excellent. Very convenient to area attractions and dining. Hosts are very personable, and we would recommend this location to all.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025My adult son and i stayed for 5 nights. It's a great location with views of the bay. Spiral staircases are unavoidable, so no access for those with mobility challenges.

We were looking for warm and sunshine and a view and this property offered a nice place to stay while my family explored Sarasota for the weekend. The owners were friendly and the property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy check-in and check-out process. I would recommend.

Stayed Jan 22, 2023This place is a fun place to stay, and the property is well-maintained. I would say this place is more geared towards the individual or a couple, as it is not the most kid friendly (younger kids). The kitchen and dining area are definitely a plus!
