Stayed Jun 30, 2024I booked this property from 06/30-07/05 biggest mistake ever! Arrived at the location at 3:30 p.m. check in was at 3:00, apartment was not ready. I was asked by the front desk to wait 30 mins while they were done and was instructed to go to the 10th floor where the pool and common areas are located. To my surprise the pool was empty, there was even mold on the tiles. I took pictures and texted the front desk to ask how come I was not notify - no answer so I went back to the lobby and here is where the nightmare began! I was informed that they were working on the pool and wasn't going to be ready until the following week (after I check out) and the restaurant wasn't available either. I asked why wasn't I notify as I booked the property with breakfast included bc I was going to be working remotely and wanted everything available within the same facility. She then proceeds to text not call the property manager to find out a workaround. I was told that as a solution I could use the facilities (pool/rest) at another location 2 blocks away. I was flabbergasted, they wanted me to walk in an area that I wasn't familiar with to go and have breakfast, and use the pool to which I refused. Then she supposedly asked if there were any other apartments at the other building, of course there weren't any avail. I was there for almost 3 hours ,no manager to talk to, no other resolution other than the one stated above. I'm still waiting for my refund, I will never use this site
