Sant'Isaia Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Spacious and bright apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, close to the centre, the stadium and just a few metres from Via del Pratello, renowned for its pubs and typical venues.



The house consists of a large living area with a balcony, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV, and an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula.

Following this is the sleeping area, divided into three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and thethird with a double bed. The last two rooms mentioned also have an attached balcony.

Finally, completing the layout, we have two bathrooms, both equipped with shower enclosures and bidets.



*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Bologna, known as the Learned city being the seat of the oldest University in the West, the Fat city for its gastronomic and wine excellences and the Red city for the colour that characterises the historic centre, is a marvellous city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic centre which is among the most extensive in Europe and rich in taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic centre you will find Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval palaces combines perfectly with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Fountain of Neptune and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli Tower and the Garisenda Tower, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its gastronomic and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, Bolognese ragù accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising you all year round.



The central train station is 3.2 km from the accommodation, whilst the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
